Holistic counselling rooted in connection.
My Mission
Most of us grew up in schools, workplaces, and a wider culture that didn't really teach us how to feel, understand, and regulate emotions. It's not the fault of the parents who raised us or the systems that shaped them, it's a gap that runs through the whole picture. And so most of us end up carrying it forward without meaning to.
It shows up in adulthood as burnout, disconnection, and cycles we can't quite name. In youth as overwhelm, aggression or isolation with little language to explain. In parenting as trying to model something we were never shown ourselves. My work is about meeting that gap wherever it shows up.
It's the same underlying work at every entry point. Only the age changes. My hope is that we all get to move through the world with more of ourselves available, more of our lives lived on purpose, and less of our energy going toward just holding it together.
Registered Clinical Counsellor #25739 · Canadian Certified Counsellor #11260828
I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) offering 100% virtual or phone sessions across British Columbia. I work with people at every stage: adults navigating burnout and disconnection, youth learning to name what they're feeling, and parents building tools they didn't inherit.
My practice is neurodivergent-affirming. Whether you or your child identifies as ADHD, ASD, both, or wondering, we build on your strengths and adapt sessions to fit how you learn, process information, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
My work is grounded in the belief that you (or your child) is a whole person, shaped by many experiences, holding many parts, with a mind and body that have done their best to protect you.
Sometimes the patterns that once helped us survive begin to feel less supportive. The ways we learned to cope, protect ourselves, or move through the world can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in repeating emotional cycles. My role is not to fix who you are, but to help you better understand yourself with compassion and curiosity while supporting new ways of relating to yourself, your emotions, and the people in your life.
I draw from person-centered, strengths-based therapy, somatic CBT, Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and somatic experiencing. My approach is collaborative and tailored to the unique needs, experiences, and goals of each person I work with.
If you're looking for a space to slow down, feel supported, explore your patterns, and reconnect with yourself more fully, I'd love to work together.
I am mindful of pacing and creating a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and emotionally safe. Therapy is not about pushing beyond what feels manageable.
Together, we explore patterns, emotions, and experiences with compassion and curiosity, helping you better understand yourself and the ways you have learned to cope and protect yourself.
When appropriate, we may weave in grounding, mindfulness, and body awareness practices to support regulation, present-moment awareness, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Therapy starts with connection. Book a free 20-minute consultation to share a little about what's bringing you here, ask questions, and get a feel for whether we'd be a good fit.
